Cleggy Moves On

Sadly 17 year old Ryan Clegg has chosen to leave the club and go to Haslingden.

Cricket Manager Stan Heaton commented “Despite bowling a considerable number of overs and taking 37 second X1 wickets last season, Ryan and his dad, Ray, felt that his chances of opening the batting were better elsewhere.

We wish Ryan well, but perhaps not too well when playing Lowerhouse. Similarly, Ray and Kath and all the family who have been a big past of the club in recent years”.
