Feature Cricket film needs actors!

We’ve had a film casting agency in touch asking for real players to play parts in a new feature cricket film (believe it or not!)

They said:

We are a specialist Sports Casting Agency based in London and we are very excited about finding players for the new 1983 Cricket World Cup feature film. I have attached a poster you can send out to your players. This is an exciting and paid opportunity.
We are looking for skilled cricketers, between the ages of 20 to 40, to play the roles for the West Indian, Australian, Zimbabwean and English teams.
An example of the roles we are looking to cast are (just to name a few): Sir Vivian Richards, Clive Lloyd, Sir Ian Botham, Bob Willis, Kevin Curran, Kim Hughes, Allan Border…
Interested cricketers can apply by emailing to casting@sportspromotions.co.uk with their headshot, an action shot, location, contact number and height.
Depending on the number of days each cricketer is needed they will receive a fee between £1,000-£6,000 each (less our 20% agency commission).
If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact us on 0208 771 4700.
Please feel free to have a look at our previous projects we have cast – Chris Snode Casting.
We look forward to hearing from you and your players!
Please note, if you get the part and become famous, please remember your former club.
