Harris Signs For Sussex
Popular former professional Ryan Harris has signed a deal to represent current County Champions Sussex during the 2008 season. Ryan who is the holder of a dual passport will spend the summer in Hove before returning to Australia in the winter.
South Australian seamer Harris remains very popular with the Lowerhouse faithful and on his last stint at West End shared in a league record breaking opening wicket partnership with club skipper Jon Finch. The partnership of 257 saw Ryan score 144 and Finchy 123.
All at Lowerhouse wish Ryan well for the coming season and hope that he will have time to come and see us or possibly invite us down to see him.
In other news 2005 league winning professional Andrew McDonald has been selected in the ACB Centre of Excellence Academy squad for this Australian winter.
