2019 Membership & Epos Loyalty Card Update

Members Cards

Firstly a massive thank-you to all the members and season ticket holders who have so far renewed in 2019 providing record receipts for the club in the ‘early bird period’ to 31/3/2019.

Hand deliveries of physical members cards were conducted this weekend in and around the Lowerhouse CC area.

The remainder of unissued cards have now been posted earlier this week and should drop through your letter boxes by Friday 19/4/19 at the latest. On the 2nd page member’s label you will find your EPOS loyalty card number (*)

(If you do not receive your card please don’t panic drop Frank a text on 07939624685 with details: Name, Address & Type a replacement can always be made available on the gate for Sunday’s first league fixture)

Epos Loyalty Card

New cards for 2019 have now been received and Matthew and I have now reconciled balances held on cards to 31/3/2019 and will now re-load these onto the new cards ideally in time for the Good Friday festivities

In additional members & season ticket holders who took advantage of the ‘early bird period to 31/3/2019’ have credit’s to be applied to these cards to use over the bar.

To Collect your 2019 EPOS card bring either bring your membership Book and quote he number as detailed above or swap your old 2018 card for the new card at the bar

Membership payment:

Just a final reminder that all membership’s and renewals are now due , I will be available both Saturday and Sunday 12.30m to 6.00pm to alleviate you of your hard earned cash or cheques .

Alternatively we can also take a payment by credit or debit card and of course the option to pay using the links within the club’s website is still available.
