3 big games this weekend! ?⚽️

It’s starting to get to the business end of the season with two massive games for obvious reasons coming up this weekend. Saturday sees the First Eleven take on local rivals Burnley, away at Turf Moor, with the Seconds in the reverse fixture at the Brooks.

Burnley will be looking for revenge after the Lancashire Cup Semi final win last year, which saw us get to Old Trafford. In the last 5 years in league meetings, it’s all square.. Lowerhouse have won and lost 5.

Harry Kane’s England will be furthering their question to ensure ‘It comes home!’ If your not going to Burnley, no trips to IKEA on Saturday, let’s keep it local!The club will have the football on our screens & we will also be doing £2 per JW Lees brewery pint between 1pm and 6pm! On the grass we have the 2nd XI versus Burnley for you to enjoy too.

House welcome Crompton CC to the Brooks Foundation Ground for one of the most important games in the club’s history, the eagerly awaited Worsley Cup Semi – Final in a 1.00pm start. (The winners of this tie will host the final on Sunday 5th  August at 12.30pm)

Gates Open on Sunday at 12.30pm

Vehicular & Pedestrian entry for this fixture via Lowerhouse Lane with the additional entry on Liverpool Road also in operation for this fixture:

All Pay on the gate is £4.00 with £2.00 concessions, be there early we are expecting a big crowd so please look to bring exact change wherever possible.

Parking on the ground is first come first served, once full please park responsibly with consideration to our neighbours and in accordance with road traffic regulations.

Additional parking for 250 cars is available at Business First on Liverpool Road a 5 minute walk from the ground

Bar & Tea Room open from 12.30pm

Cans will be available from the Tea Room and supporting Burger Bar (from 1.45pm)  with Fosters, John Smith’s & Strongbow priced £1.50  & Dark Fruits £2.00
