Calebs’ 24 hour charity net!

2018 first team debutant Caleb Greenhalgh is taking part in a sponsored 24 hour netathon. This is a fundraising event, held at The Cricket Asylum, Sowerby Bridge from midday Thursday 1st November to midday Friday 2nd November and they have to keep at least one net running for the full 24 hours!

You could do 4 hour stints, but Caleb has decided to do the whole 24 hours! Fundraising goes direct to The Cricket Asylum Foundation, who deliver Cricket sessions to disadvantaged sectors of the community, and provide scholarships to keen and talented players who struggle to meet the financial needs of playing elite junior sport. Caleb has set himself a target of £500 and has set up an online fundraising page.  Caleb has played alongside a number of kids who have benefited from the Foundation and therefore wanted to do his bit.
