Club Survey 2013 – Players, members, opponents, we want your feedback!

Just over 10 years ago Lowerhouse embarked on its 142nd and arguably most historic year.
In early August 2004 The Lancashire League’s Cinderella club found itself in its first home Worsley Cup Final and in front of a record breaking crowd, history would be made as the House chased down Haslingdens total.
The club has continued to look for improvement both on and off the field.
The development of the junior and senior sides has blossomed, playing numbers have increased substantially, more trophies have followed and arguably we are the best supported club in the league if not the county.
As Directors we continue to recognise that we are simply custodians of the club.
Financial constraints have and will always hinder many potential off the field project’s and we will as Directors look to continue to be prudent and secure the long term development of the club rather than short term gain.
We are opening ourselves up and we want your feedback.
We want players, members parent’s, visiting supporter’s and players alike to partake in a quick on-line survey to give us feedback about various aspects of the club.
We would like you to be honest!
We won’t be offended as we know all too well that lots of things can improve.
Please answers the questions below it should take no more than a couple of minutes.
Whilst you give your name, your results will be wholly confidential the information will simply allow us to collate some demographic information and allow us to add some statistical background to the data obtained.
Many thanks in anticipation
