County calls for Tom
Congratulations to Tom Yorke Robinson who has been selected for the County Under 16 squad.
Tom has attended 3 strengthening and conditioning courses prior to nets starting this month.
Toms selection comes on the back of some very impressive performances, non moreso than for the Lancashire Junior Cricket League Under 15 representative side in the county Inter league competition 2021. The competition is part of the player pathway towards county selection :
- 108 v Northern/Palace Shield North on 5-8-21
- 173 v Northern/Palace Shield South on 12-8-21
- 137* v Bolton League on 25-8-21
- 53 v Liverpool Competition in Final on 16-9-21
- 471 runs at an average of 157
