Did we mention our bar was re-opening?

Our post earlier in the week had 800 views, so for the few that missed it, here’s the news about our bar re-opening:

Lowerhouse CC are pleased to confirm that weather permitting the Club’s Bar will re-open on Monday 12th April 2021 (assuming the Government’s Road Map out  of Lockdown stays on track)

In line with the Government’s Roadmap out of Lockdown opening times for the period 12th April 2021 to 16th of May 2021 (*) will be as follows:

Monday to Friday 6.00pm to 9.00pm

Saturday & Sunday Noon to 8.30pm

(*) subject to change

The Club House toilets will be available however please note:

  1.  Masks must be worn within the Club Building
  2. Customer’s must sanitize on entry and exit from the facility
  3. Social distancing must be adhered to social distancing guidelines inside

Service will be outdoors only, please remember there is no shelter if the weather turns inclement, wrap up but it’s a small price to pay for a pint with your friends and family, there will be no need for customers to order a substantial meal with alcoholic drinks.

Customers will be required to order and consume whilst seated with wider social contact rules applying of either 6 people (the Rule of 6) or 2 households.

The Club has arranged for picnic tables to be ‘installed’ in time for re-opening these will allow for up to 6 seated allowing us over 100 customers.

On top of these new tables the clubs already has in excess of 100 benches seating an additional 300 taking our capacity to in excess of 400.
