Local rounders team named Dino-Throws have been sponsored by Lowerhouse Cricket Club and JW Lees Brewery.
The team featuring Bar Manager Shelly Heap (who is also team captain) played in a Champions against Champions Match last year and won to get them through to North West Championships in Leeds on Saturday organised by rounders England.
