House win at Woodbank

The first eleven completed their first friendly yesterday against Woodbank who play in the Greater Manchester Cricket League and have our own Jonny Whitehead as professional.

Debutants Toxy Hussain and new pro Ockert Erasmus starred, with Toxy taking 4 wickets and Ocki getting his first Lowerhouse 50.

Earlier in the day, second the captain Owen Deakin-Pickard received his baggy blue number 30, pictured below.

The second team were beaten away at Clitheroe.
