Lowerhouse are pleased to announce that the transfers of Phil Haggerty from Padiham, Marley Askew from Rawtenstall and the registration of Francois Haasbroek have been ratified by the League.
Phil and Francois need no introduction and it’s a big welcome back to them. Marley is a promising under 15 with first eleven experience and we look forward to working with him.
