The rivalry continues on this historic occasion with both clubs currently holding one of the three prized Lancashire League possessions in their cabinets.

House came out on top at Turf Moor in May after Jack Edgar’s inspired 74 saw them to 198-9 and then Ferus Bailey 5-52 & Francois 3-35 cleaned up and Burnley fell 65 runs short all out on 133
The Big Worsley Cup Semi-Final was played over 2 weekends and it was sweet revenge for Burnley after posting 208-8 with Q Ali top scoring with 76, House were eventually all out for 167 Joe martin top scored with 47 and Cole Hayman starred with the bowl finishing with 4-29 off 9 overs
Burnley went onto claim the Worsley Cup Final but after their semi-final defeat House picked themselves up off the floor and took the T20 title in front of a massive gate on a barmy Friday night in early July
So this weekend bragging rights are up for grabs as the rivals clash again in another mouth-watering game.
