Lowerhouse Step 3 Update

Following yesterday evening’s announcement that Step 3 will be extended until 19th July arrangements at Lowerhouse CC for the next few weeks are as follows:

Spectators are allowed to watch hence note that entry prices for First Eleven, Twenty20 & or or Cup games now apply

Opening Hours are from 5.00pm to 10.30pm Monday to Friday and Noon to 10.30pm at Weekends however just a reminder this is subject to change as our bar activities are always linked to our on-field cricket activities

Everyone attending Lowerhouse CC is required to comply with the requirements for venue check-in to ensure we are compliant or we may face a £1000 fine so on arrival

  1. Check-in in with the NHS App
  2. Text or WhatsApp the number provided on our tables
  3. Speak to a Member of Staff who will take your details
  4. All attending Lowerhouse should familiarise themselves with the clubs current Covid Risk Assessment here: https://www.lowerhousecc.com/updated-covid-risk-assessment/

Customers must order, be served and eat or drink whilst seated both internally & externally

Externally:

We will continue to provide table service to our hospitality tables numbered 1-26 via the APP (information is available on each table)

We ask that you continue to adhere to Government Guidelines in respect to social distance which has been extended to 30 outdoors

Access to the toilets in the club will require you to wear a mask or face covering, please sanitize on the way in and out

Internally:

Tables 27-49 will now be available table service again Via the APP (information will be available on each table)

Members ‘credit and prices will only be available internally and not via the APP,

To access members prices please ensure you are a fully paid up member of the club and speak to a Member of Staff

Our Internal Capacity:

We have now calculated a maximum of 100 seated taking into consideration and allowance for the requirements in regard social distancing and the rule of 6 or 2 households, as well as a new Risk Assessment being undertaken.

This maximum also depends on the type of event however it’s a very different ‘event scenario’ that we face with fixed table numbers, social distancing , no table mixing and Masks or Face-coverings at all times when not seated

  • Please sanitize on the way in and out
  • Don’t move furniture as its been positioned for social distancing, Observe Signage
  • Note also that both the main door and Fire Exit along with windows will remain open as such whilst the club now provides shelter in inclement weather dress appropriately

Tea Room:

As the tea room no longer serves Alcohol customers can order food and drink from the internal counter however Masks of face coverings must be worn and all purchases are for take away only

Events:

Euro 21 games are available for 5.00pm and 8.00pm kick offs at Lowerhouse Monday to Friday with all weekend games available

Friday’s England v Scotland 8.00pm is entry by reservation only Text or WhatsApp Frank note extremely limited availability

The extension to lockdown now means Tuesday 22nd June Euro England v Czech Republic 8.00pm is now also entry by reservation only again Text or WhatsApp Frank for availability
