Weekend Preview

Lowerhouse First Eleven maintained their push for silverware with two great win’s over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Batting first on both days on trying pitches they scored 154/9 & 195/7 and bowled the opposition out for 82 & 78 respectively to take their points tally to 161 just 3 points behind Derby rivals with 2 games to play.

Sunday see’s the final First Eleven home game of the season let’s see you down and supporting the boys, another fine win will take the season to the final game.

Matt Hope’s Second Eleven also maintained their promotion push taking maximum 24 points with wins v East Lancs at HQ and Middleton

 

Saturday:

House Third Eleven travel to Enfield Third Eleven at 1.00pm

This is a phase 2 play–off fixture 40 overs

Sunday:

House entertain Clitheroe CC at the Brooks Foundation Ground 12.30pm start

Bar & Tea Room available from 12.00 Noon

  • Everton V Wolves 2.00pm
  • Arsenal v Spurs 4.00pm

House Second Eleven travel to Bacup where a win will secure promotion to Division 1 of the Junior League, all support welcome .
