Just a reminder that the club’s AGM is being held on Thursday next at 7:30pm.
We invite you to attend and look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible to:
- Review the club’s finances for the financial period 1/10/24 to 30/9/25
- Receive updates on developments both on and off the field ahead of the 2026 season

New Year’s Draw
The club’s annual draw will take place after next Thursday’s AGM.
If you are able to return sold ticket stubs and monies before next week, it would be appreciated. However, these can still be returned on the night.
Membership 2026
At the time of writing, over 54% of members have taken up our Early Bird Offer across Phases 1 and 2 of the 2026 Renewal Campaign.
- Phase 1 (to 31/12/2025): 16% renewals
- Phase 2 (to 31/03/2026): a further 38% renewals
Just a reminder that renewals on or before 31/03/2026 qualify for a bar credit, which totals over £3000 to date.
We have begun loading this credit onto cards, which will be completed prior to our Good Friday event.
Additional Information
Booklets: Hand delivery of booklets in the Rosegrove/Lowerhouse area has been completed, with all other booklets posted earlier this week.
Bar Cards: New bar cards for new members and replacement cards are now available for collection directly from the club.
