EVENT NOTICE
Thanks to everyone that has already purchased tickets for Saturday’s Event

This event is sold out  – THIS EVENT IS ALL TICKET – THERE IS AND WILL BE NO CAPACITY TO PAY ON THE GATE – NO TICKET – NO ENTRY

The event gates open at 4.30 pm with both points of entry:
1. via David Wren Way Off Lowerhouse Lane
2. The Entry gate on Liverpool Road –

Please note – The gate on Liverpool Road is not available to exit after the event – exit is via David Wren Way only

PLEASE BRING CASH, AS THE MAJORITY OF THIS EVENT, FOOD, FAIR ETC ARE CASH ONLY.
ALSO, KEEP AN EYE ON THE WEATHER & DRESS APPROPRIATELY

The usual fairground rides will be in attendance and operational at 4.30pm.
The club’s bar opens at 4.30 pm with a full range of drinks.
In front of the club on the decking our ‘supporter’s cash’ Can bar should reduce queue times and will be available selling pint cans of Stella, Strongbow, Dark Fruits, Fosters at £2.50 each

North West Street Food will operate from the club’s tea-room facility and a number of additional outlets will be available to purchase food, drink and sweets

DC Coffee will have both vans in attendance providing top quality hot drinks and snacks –
Toilet Facilities: Ladies and Gents toilets are located inside the cub house. 7 additional portable toilets will be positioned directly aside the steps that lead into the club’s bar
FINALLY:
• STRICTLY U16’s need to be accompanied by an adult at all times
• STRICTLY – No personal Fireworks – this includes Sparklers or Alcohol to be brought into the event
• Bag searches are likely and will be conducted by our fully licensed security team
• Fireworks & Alcohol will be confiscated and disposed of – NONE WILL BE RETURNED
• ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

SALE OF ALCOHOL – the club operates a challenge 25 policy so please ensure if you are fortunate to look under 25 you bring appropriate ID

Please be aware that there is NO PARKING available on the ground at this event
We ask accordingly that you park with consideration to our neighbours and in accordance with road traffic regulations at all times.

Free parking for up to 250 cars is available on Liverpool Road just a short walk from our Liverpool Road entry gate.
