Cricket Summer Camps 2026 at Lowerhouse Cricket Club
Looking for something to keep your young cricketer busy during the summer holidays? David Bunyan’s popular Cricket Summer Camps are returning to Lowerhouse Cricket Club this August, offering five days of fun, coaching and cricket for players aged 10 to 16.
Whether you’re looking to improve your game, learn new skills or simply enjoy a week of cricket with friends, these camps provide a fantastic environment for players of all abilities.
Camp Details
- Ages: 10 to 16 years
- Venue: Lowerhouse Cricket Club, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6LU
- Dates: Monday 24th August to Friday 28th August 2026
- Times: 9:00am to 3:00pm (drop-off available from 8:30am)

- £25 per day
- £110 for the full week (Monday to Friday)

What to Expect
Each day will feature a variety of engaging cricket activities, including:
- Fun games
- Skill development sessions
- Net coaching
- Match play
- And much more!
Coaching Team
- All staff are DBS checked and experienced in working with children.
- At least one member of staff each day will be first aid trained.
- ECB Advanced Coach David Bunyan will be present throughout the week, supported by other qualified teachers and coaches.
- Junior helpers may also assist during the camps.
What to Bring
- Food and drinks for the day
- Sun cream and a hat
- Any required medication
- A waterproof jacket
- Cricket equipment (if you have it)
Cancellation & Bad Weather
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the camp starts will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time will receive a 50% refund.
- Every effort will be made to continue in poor weather using indoor facilities where possible.
- If severe weather means the camp cannot go ahead, a decision will be made by 8:30am and a full refund will be issued for that day.
