First Eleven: Greenmount 205 all out, Lowerhouse 208 all out
The First Eleven travelled to Greenmount for a memorable day as Paddy Martin made his 400th Lancashire League appearance, while Ben Heap became the club’s most-capped captain with his record-breaking 201st game in charge.
Greenmount won the toss and elected to bowl, and Lowerhouse were bowled out for 208 in 41.1 overs.
Keagan De Vries top scored with 40, while Shaukat Ali made 34. Six other batters got starts between 10 and 30, but none were able to go on and make a significant contribution.
In reply, Greenmount professional Snyman came out firing, smashing a 50 from just 19 balls. Greenmount raced to 60 without loss after five overs before House struck twice in two overs, including the crucial wicket of Snyman.
Greenmount continued to push on, reaching 100 from 10 overs, but what followed was a remarkable turnaround as Lowerhouse steadily dragged themselves back into the contest.
Greenmount were restricted to 147 for 6 after 23 overs before another partnership took the score to 192 for 7 with 17 overs remaining. With 13 overs left, Greenmount were 200 for 8 and seemingly closing in on victory.
They fell to nine wickets down in the following over, leaving just eight runs required for victory.
Paddy Martin was brought on for the death and produced two crucial wickets. Toxy Hussain held the match-winning catch off Shaukat to complete the final wicket, as Greenmount were bowled out for 205.
Lowerhouse secured a remarkable three-run victory and took all 12 points.

Second Eleven: Lowerhouse 275/4 beat Greenmount 99 all out
The Second Eleven welcomed Greenmount to the Brooks Foundation Ground and, on a scorching day, won the toss and elected to bat.
House piled on an impressive 275 for 4 from their 45 overs, with Joe Masson producing a superb maiden century.
Masson finished unbeaten on 112, while Charlie Gansler continued his fine form with an excellent 70 from just 42 balls.
Lowerhouse then produced an equally impressive bowling performance, bowling Greenmount out for just 99 in 34.3 overs.
