The senior teams made it three wins out of four this weekend.

Saturday saw the First Team take on Church at home and bounced back in style with a great 12 points. Joe Martin and Ocki steadied the ship putting on 118 for the 3rd wicket, with Joe scoring his 5th Lancashire League half century making 65 and Ocki finished on a solid 80 after being caught on the boundary. House rallied and made 217 for 6 off their 50.

Church had a steady reply but never really got the momentum going losing wickets at regular intervals. Toxy took 3 wickets to take him over 50 league wickets for the club. Joe Hawke also took 3 pushing him up the History Books and Joe Martin took 3 stumpings, to equal the record (with 7 other wicketkeepers) for most stumpings in a Lancashire League innings.
