Paddy will take on specific responsibility for girls cricket, working within the frameworks of both the Junior and Senior Sections. To support this, a dedicated Girls Section Constitution has been established.
Lowerhouse CC has a strong track record of developing talented female cricketers, with 15% girl representation in its mixed junior teams. The immediate focus is to form a girls-only squad and arrange girls-only fixtures, starting with the youngest age group.
