Lowerhouse Mourn the Passing of Lifelong Supporter Bob Sandiford

Everyone at Lowerhouse Cricket Club is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of lifelong supporter Bob Sandiford.

Bob was a familiar face at Lowerhouse, following the club both home and away for many years. His passion and dedication to the club were clear for all to see. He was also a dedicated Burnley FC fan, and known in similar circles and popular messageboards as ‘dressigngown’.

As Lowerhouse embraced the digital era, Bob played an important role in preserving our history through his outstanding photographs and videos. His work captured countless memorable moments and team triumphs, creating a lasting record that will continue to be enjoyed by players, members and supporters for generations to come.

Bob’s commitment to the club and his love for Lowerhouse will not be forgotten, and his contribution leaves a lasting legacy.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Bob’s family and friends at this difficult time.
