The Sunday social starts at the slightly later time of 2:00pm in the CEF Lounge (behind partitions due to a private gathering in the main room).

Friday, 14 November 2025 — “Shelly does Strictly”

Doors open at 6:00pm; dancing due to start around 7:00pm. Entry is Free.

We will be live-streaming the event from The Life Church Burnley across three TVs in the club. Everyone is invited to come along and join the fun — children welcome.

After months of fundraising, Shelly and friends have raised over £16,000 (including Gift Aid) — a phenomenal effort.

We’ll take one final opportunity to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice with a raffle on the night — please bring some cash, although card payments will be accepted.

The pace is steady and suitable for all — it’s about connection and enjoyment, not competition. Everyone is welcome: familiar faces, newcomers, or anyone looking for a reason to get out and about. Come along, bring a friend, and be part of this growing tradition.
