Shelly is hosting a Family Fun Day at Lowerhouse Cricket Club in aid of Pendleside Hospice as part of her Strictly Campaign.
The event opens at 12pm along with the bar & catering.
Activities include a Fun Fair, Colour Run, Stocks, Bucking Bronco, Gladiator Battle, Giant Jenga, Hanging Tough and much more.
I appreciate the Clarets are at home v Forest at 3:00pm, but please make the effort to attend before and after where possible.
Live bands: Gumball at 4:00pm, with a Paul Heaton Tribute starting at 7:00pm.
Entry is by donation £1.00.

Friday 26th September 2025
It’s the first scheduled Quiz of Autumn/Winter. Quizzie Rascal returns with doors open from 7:00pm for an 8:00pm start.
Max Teams of 6 with entry £4 per person. This includes:
- Prizes for 1st & 2nd place
- Supper
- Entry into the £100 question
All teams must be registered prior to the event for catering purposes – no walk-ins. Call or message Sam on 07792917465 to book your team.

Lowerhouse Cricket Club Community Walk
Lowerhouse Cricket Club is excited to invite everyone to our Community Walk, led by Abbie. This is a perfect opportunity to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and explore parts of the local area you may not have discovered before.
Our walks are not just about getting active — they’re also a chance to meet new people, make friends, and enjoy meaningful conversations along the way. Everyone is welcome to join.
Walking together promotes wellbeing and social connection, helping us all feel healthier, happier, and more connected to our local community.
