Lowerhouse Cricket Club Races Trip!
Friday 30th May 2014 see’s the return of the once annual trip to the Ladies Evening Meeting at Haydock Park Racecourse.
The club will be open during the afternoon for guests to enjoy pre-race meeting drinks and discuss the evenings racing, swapping tips and advice over a pint or wine from Rusty’s finely stocked bar.
At 16:30, our transport will depart the club and head to Haydock Park for an evening of fine horse racing.
The tickets we have purchased are for the County Enclosure which is situated directly opposite the winning post and provides access to both seated and standing viewing areas as well as to the parade ring and winners enclosure.
There is a dress code for both ladies and gentlemen, the course request smart casual dress but stipulate no jeans, t-shirts, tracksuits or trainers.
Racing starts at 18:30 and the last race should commence at 21:00 following which, we will embark on our return journey to the cricket club to count our winnings.
The price for this venture is £37.00 per person including return transport and entrance into the County Enclosure.
A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required to secure your place.
